Introduction

- Welcome to KLM Foot Healthcare. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment.

Services Provided

- We provide foot healthcare services, including but not limited to routine foot care, nail trimming, callus and corn removal, and general foot health advice. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions beyond our professional scope.

Appointments and Cancellations

- Appointments must be booked in advance.

- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

- If more than one extra guest is attending the appointment with the client, please inform us in advance so everyone can be accommodated.

- We reserve the right to cancel the booking due to reasons such as a condition that may pose a risk to the clients health or well-being.

Payment and Fees

- Payment is due at the time of service.

- Clients are liable to pay for all services received.

- We accept cash and card payments.

- Fees for services will be communicated before treatment begins.

Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any relevant and current health conditions as well as any changes to health.

- Clients should follow the foot care advice given to ensure optimal results.

- If experiencing pain, infections, or complications, clients must seek further medical assistance where necessary.

- It is the clients responsibility to inform us of of any allergies, medical conditions, or any other reasonable adjustments as well as any other potential issues.

- Clients agree to release us from liability for any complications/conditions due to allergic reactions, medical conditions or other issues.

- We reserve the right to stop/not carry out treatment for any Contra-indications.

Liability


- While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional care, we are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that arise after treatment.

- We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or underlying medical issues.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

- All client information is kept strictly confidential and stored in accordance with data protection laws.

- We will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Complaints and Feedback

- We welcome feedback from clients.

- If you have a complaint, please contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
